Directions to Port of Sacramento

From Berkeley:

- Take I-80 East towards Sacramento

or:

- Take Hwy. 24 East to I-680 North.
- Take I-680 North to I-80 East.
- Take I-80 East towards Sacramento.
- In Sacramento bear left onto Hwy.50 East/Bus. I-80 (S.Lake Tahoe).
- Exit at the first exit - Harbor Blvd. - after entering 50E/Bus.I-80
- Turn left at the bottom of the off ramp and continue down Harbor Blvd.
- Go two blocks to Industrial Blvd., turn Right on Industrial.
- Left through yellow bar gate. Follow "Laborers Training Center" signs.

Allow 1 l/4 to l l/2 hours in light traffic.

Race Viewing Notes:  This is by far the coldest venue that we go to. Be sure to bring warm clothes, including hats and gloves. The wind can be intense, so be sure you bring a wind-proof outer layer.
  If you turn Left on Industrial (from Harbor), you'll cross Industrial Bridge, which is a great place to see the boats from above. Just across the bridge is a dirt road where you can park your car.
  The dirt road runs along the entire race course. You can park anywhere on this road and watch the race from the relative comfort of your car.
