Registration Packets

Registration for the 2011-2012 season is now available online. 

Go to crew registration :  https://www.regattacentral.com/services/listing.jsp?job=1678&filter=MBR. 

Select which payment plan suits your needs and click "Join/Renew."  Follow the onscreen instructions on the pages that follow.  Note that in the first screen, you are entering information about the account holder – i.e., the parent or guardian, not the student rower(s). On the next page, you add the rower(s) to place into your shopping cart.

Please note that you may still submit fees by check, but the convenience of paying by credit card is new this year.  The bank charges $30 to process these credit card transactions so you'll see that reflected in the payment choices.  But, there is a $50 discount to pay all fees in a single payment (versus four payments).  Financial aid is available; the application is part of the package of several forms which must be printed to complete online registration.

There are still several forms which have to be printed and signed in order to complete registration.  The link to these forms is available in the online process.  These forms can be mailed to :

They may also be submitted to a coach.  Checks should be mailed to the same P.O. Box 1012. 

While our new online registration process did not eliminate the need to print and sign most forms, this may eventually happen.  The online registration process does benefit our team with communication and team management features we did not have in the past.  If anyone has difficulty with the process, please do not hesitate to contact the Registrar, Caryn Augst, at registrar@berkeleyhighcrew.org.
