Often called the Red Book, since it used to be printed with a red cover and distributed to families, this is a very comprehensive and useful read for parents new to the sport of crew. Almost anything you want to know about rowing and having a student rower can be found here. We recommend downloading and reading if you’d like to learn more about the sport. FYI, this document has not been updated recently, so please be aware that some details may be out of date; it can still be a useful general guide to learning about the sport.
